Starting solid foods is an exciting time in your baby's life.  I teach first foods from a scientific and historical perspective.  This approach is most similar to Baby Led Weaning.  I teach parents to use their own intuition with their babies as well as fully understanding the pros and cons of different methods of starting solid foods.Together we will explore:

• Our babies' oral anatomy and how, as humans, we learn to chew and swallow food.
